Acupuncture

Acupressure
Acupressure is very similar to acupuncture, but instead of using needles pressure is applied to body alternatively. It is used to indirectly stimulate organs and improve better circulation. Most of the time, pain exist due to blockage of qi.

Stretching & Joint Mobilization
After the muscle are warmed up with massage, the practitioner may use stretching or mobilizing techniques to lengthen tight muscles and loosen stiff joints. This also helps re-aligning the body to it's natural position.

Cupping
Cupping is an ancient healing technique used for more than a 1000 years ago and is still practiced today. It is to stimulate circulation and promote more blood to affected areas. There is a saying "where there is blood, there is life..." Both western and eastern ways of healing emphasize the promotion of blood production in order to improve health and speed up recovery rate.

Heat (Moxibustion & Heat lamp)
Moxibustion is a traditional Chinese medicine therapy using moxa made from dried mugwort. The use of moxa is to warm regions and meridian points with the intention of stimulating circulation through the points and inducing a smoother flow of blood and qi.

Did you know by massaging the feet you could also improve health? The feet are a very sensitive limb so when it's massaged it releases us from stress. It also has lots of reflex points which are linked to our organs and by stimulating points health can be achieved.
